Accommodation Option

On-Campus Affordable Accommodation

We aim to make attending the conference as accessible as possible. Accommodation for conference attendees will be available to book through a link that will be shared here soon, located in the Maynooth University student residences.

This accommodation consists of single en-suite bedrooms within a five-bedroom apartment, with access to a shared kitchen and living area.
The rate is €67.00 per person per night.
Please note that this accommodation is for adults only, and no under-18s are permitted.

There is sufficient on-campus accommodation available to meet the expected number of conference participants.

Hotels and Other Accommodation Options

Attendees may also choose to stay in local hotels or book accommodation independently via platforms such as Booking.com or Airbnb.

Maynooth is well connected to Dublin and can be reached by a 40–50 minute train journey from Connolly Station, allowing attendees to stay in Dublin city and commute to the conference if preferred.
