

Inclusivity & Accessibility Statement
DiGRA 2026 at Maynooth University is committed to fostering an inclusive, welcoming, and accessible environment for all attendees.
We strive to make the conference as disability-friendly as possible.
Inclusive spaces
Spatial dimensions and access details for lifts are available upon request for wheelchair users and anyone requiring mobility assistance. A quiet/prayer room will be available for those who wish to reflect, pray, or take sensory breaks, and a private breastfeeding space will be provided for parents and caregivers.
Child care
To help support attendees with children, we are pleased to offer support with childcare more details will be shared on this once they are finalised.
If you have additional accessibility, neurodiversity, or caregiving requirements, please let us know. We are happy to work with attendees to make the conference as welcoming and comfortable as possible.
